Using your gift card is extremely easy. Start by selecting your products and next add your products into the shopping cart. Once you select "checkout" you will see the box below where you will enter your gift card code or any other discount code. Your total amount for your products will be reduced by the amount on your gift card.

You can use the remaining balance on your gift card the same way you entered your gift card code the first time.

Yes, you can. Your Gift Card code is just like cash in your wallet. You can give your gift card code to someone else.
How Long Is My Gift Card Good For?
The Gift Card is good for 5 years from the date issued.
Are There Any Refunds On A Gift Card?
All sales of Gift Cards are final. We can not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on a Gift Card purchase.
What Happens If I Need To Return An Item Purchased With A Gift Card?
The refunded amount will go back to your gift card to be used on a future purchase.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Since all of our products are personalized or custom printed please allow 2-3 extra days compared to an item that is not printed before the item ships. Normal delivery times in the US are 7 to 14 days, depending on which state the product will be delivered.
Will I Receive Multiple Products In One Shipment?
In most cases, we will do everything possible to get all of your products in one shipment. Due to the fact that we us multiple shipping locations, there may be an instance when your multiple product order will be delivered in separate shipments.

How Do I Make Changes To An Order I Have Already Placed?
Most orders are put into production as soon as possible to get fast delivery back to you. Once an order goes into production the order cannot be stopped or modified.
What Are The Rules for Personalizing Your Product?
You can upload a photo and/or text from your phone or computer but you can not upload anything that contains any of the following content that is: #1. Illegal, #2. Hate Speech, #3. Inciting Violence or #4. Graphic Sexual Content. #5 A Registered Trademark or Copyright. We and our printers reserve the right to refuse designs in violation of these rules.
Can I Return Any Customized/Personalized Products?
No, all customized and/or personalized products are final sales because we can not resell anyone's customized/personalized products to another buyer.

What is Your Return Policy?
The return policy for all products that are not personalized is limited to 30 days from the date of receipt. If the product is damaged, send a photo to support@WILDBUY.com to get a replacement or a refund. If the product is not damaged, then the buyer will have to pay the return shipping to return the product for a refund.
